RATES

$80 per hour lesson
$60 per 45 minute lesson
$45 per half hour lesson

Payment is due at the beginning of each lesson. I do not charge a monthly or semester based tuition. I am aware that students' schedules are constantly in flux, and I do everything I can to be flexible about lesson days/times as needed. Cancelation policies are outlined in my Studio Handbook, which will be emailed before beginning lessons.

First lessons will be scheduled for a minimum of 45 minutes, since there are so many matters to attend to. Some of the lesson will be spent discussing the student’s goals and reasons for beginning lessons. I will take time to get to know the student’s voice without excessive interruption, in order to conclude what short and long term goals I will have for the student. I will then start working on technique with the student based on the information I have gathered. We will also figure out a future lesson schedule (how often and for how much time).

Lessons are a partnership, and every teacher does not work for every student. Trust and communication are important in any relationship, including voice teacher and voice student. If for any reason either of us is not satisfied, the issue should be brought up, and a solution will be found.
